Return Policy:
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on shipped cookies.
You may cancel your order anytime before shipping by calling us at
(312)925-3773
Please note, in order to best serve you and assure that your order can be
cancelled, you must call to cancel an order. Orders cannot be cancelled online
or via email.
Shipping Policy:
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the
availability of your item(s),the shipping method you selected and your
shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the dollar
amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
When will my order arrive?
Whenever possible, all orders are baked and packed and shipped within two
days of receipt of the order. Although we try to ship orders out quickly, we
are not always able to get your order out on the day it is actually placed.
Sample bags may take a little longer to ensure you receive a wide variety of
flavors.
Does someone have to sign for the package?
If the items are shipped to a residential address, a signature is not necessary.
If I choose overnight delivery, do I pay additional shipping?
Yes, if you select overnight delivery you will be charged the overnight
shipping charge to your location, including Illinois sales tax.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, we will send an e-mail notification to the email address you provided
with your order.
I ordered but did not receive my confirmation email. What
happened?
It may have been blocked by your spam filter or have been delivered to your
junk mail folder. Check those items and add classiccookies.net to your safe
senders list.
